About Us

The company operates throughout Norfolk and Suffolk but in the main the cleaning operations are concentrated in the geographical triangle of Lowestoft, Gt Yarmouth and Norwich.

To support this growing network of clients operational offices exist in Acle, Hopton, Lowestoft and Norwich.

We are acutely aware that cleaners and cleaning can be the bain in the life of a Facility Manager. Inevitably new clients contact us when their existing standards are not being met or when cleaning staff fail to arrive on site.

Our objective is to take all that aggravation away from the client and provide a service that is both consistent and timely and above all to "exceed expectations".

To this end we maintain a Cleaning Cover Team, so that in the event of emergency, sickness or holiday we are ALWAYS able to get the job done. We know that this team plugs the gaps that so many cleaning companies fail to address.

Our management team has 4 strands who work closely together.

Operations

Under the control of Janine Cross.

Within this section Area Contract Managers are appointed to look after clients. These Contract Managers are on hand to deal with any issues that arise on site and any additional needs that are identified by clients. They make regular contact with clients by telephone and email and in addition visit every client at least once per month. Reports are generated from each contact to ensure every client receives a top quality service.

We have a number of "blue chip" companies, who appreciate our communication set up and the speed at which we respond to any call.

Human Resources/Office Manager

Managed centrally by Lucy Spore. This important role covers all the administration, finance, payroll and the very crucial challenge of recruiting the right staff.

Advertising and Design

This innovative role is filled by Consultant Director Jessica Wright. Jessica's flair ensures the "yellow brand" remains highly visible.

Sales

Under the guidance of Consultant Director, Ian Adams, who has 25 years experience of sales and marketing.
